Is this a company brain?
No. A company brain gives back what somebody wrote down. We hold what is true now across your systems, and say where they disagree.
Who decides how much an agent does on its own?
You do. Start with a person reviewing every action, then move to more autonomy as you get comfortable.
Do my people have to learn a new system?
No. They carry on as they are, and get a teammate that takes work off them where they need the headroom most.
Working with us
Is this for a company like ours?
Yes, if a job has a due date, things change after you have promised it, and putting that right is a judgement somebody makes. The one deployment we run is in steel fabrication.
Does it end at go-live?
No. We keep building, and how involved we stay is your call.
